12-month limited warranty
Every QuickComm device carries a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship.
What's covered
- Manufacturing defects in the device, its enclosure and its internal electronics.
- Batteries that fall below 60% of rated capacity within the warranty period under normal use.
- Charging docks, supplied cables and connectors shipped with the device.
- Failures caused by a QuickComm firmware release.
What's not covered
- Physical damage from drops, crushing or liquid ingress.
- Unauthorised disassembly, repair or modification of the device.
- Third-party firmware, or use of the device outside its documented operating conditions.
- Normal cosmetic wear — scuffs and scratches on a device worn through a shift.
- Loss or theft.
How to claim
Email support@quickcomm.ae with the order reference and the device serial number, plus a short description of the fault. Most issues are diagnosed remotely first — the fleet console gives us health telemetry and firmware history for the unit, which frequently resolves the problem without a return.
If a return is needed we issue a return authorisation and cover shipping both ways. Units are repaired or replaced at our discretion; replacements carry the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days, whichever is longer.
Turnaround
Warranty repairs inside the UAE typically complete within 5 – 7 business days of the unit arriving. International returns depend on transit. If a unit is critical to a live deployment, tell us — we can usually ship a replacement before the faulty one arrives back.
Statutory rights
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you have under UAE consumer protection law or the equivalent law in your jurisdiction.
