• Order details: your name, email, phone, company, shipping address, tax number and any notes you add at checkout.
• Order contents: the devices you bought, quantities and totals.
• Payment reference only for card orders (a Stripe PaymentIntent id) — never your card number.
• Cart contents and your cookie choice, stored in your own browser's local storage.
• Analytics data (device, pages, approximate location) via Google Tag Manager — only if you accept analytics cookies.

• To fulfil, ship, invoice and support your order — necessary to perform our contract with you.
• To meet UAE accounting and tax obligations — a legal obligation.
• To secure the store and prevent fraud/abuse — our legitimate interest.
• To understand site usage via analytics — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

We share the minimum necessary with these processors:

• Supabase — stores the order record (database hosting).
• Resend — sends order confirmation and status emails.
• Stripe — processes card payments (when card checkout is enabled).
• Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
• Google (Tag Manager / Analytics) — website analytics, only with your consent.
• Couriers — receive your name, address and phone to deliver the order.
• Authorities — where the law requires disclosure.

Some of these processors operate outside the UAE (in the EU and US). Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the recipients' contractual data-protection commitments and the safeguards permitted under the PDPL and, where relevant, the GDPR.

Order records are retained for seven years to meet accounting and tax requirements. Analytics data is retained per Google's configured retention. You can ask us to remove anything not required by law.

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the personal data we hold, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent for analytics at any time (by declining cookies or clearing your choice). EU/UK visitors may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. Email privacy@quickcomm.ae and we respond within 30 days.

This policy covers the store. The devices themselves record voice on your sites, under your control, into your QuickComm Cloud tenant — for that data you are the controller and we are the processor. Notifying and, where required, obtaining consent from recorded staff is your responsibility.
