Shipping & delivery
Every unit ships from Dubai. Rates are flat per order, not per unit, and shipping is free on orders over $2,000.

Lead times
Transit time starts once the unit leaves our facility. Production lead time is on top of that and differs by device:
- QuickComm Earpiece — Ships in 10 days
- QuickComm Table Top — Ships in 10 days
- QuickComm Bridge Node — Ships in 10 days
Orders paid by bank transfer are released to production when the transfer lands. Orders on invoice terms are released when the invoice is acknowledged.
Customs, duties and taxes
UAE orders are billed 5% VAT at checkout. Exports out of the UAE are zero-rated, so no VAT is charged — but import duties, local taxes and customs clearance fees at the destination are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
We ship DAP (Delivered at Place). Your courier will contact you directly for any duties owed before delivery.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when the order ships. You can also look an order up at any time from the track order page using your order reference and the email address you ordered with.
Delivery problems
If a package arrives damaged, photograph it before opening and email support@quickcomm.ae within 48 hours of delivery. Report anything missing from an order within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it.
