QuickComm Cloud — one way to use the hardware
The device is where it starts. This is where it becomes useful.
A guard says "suspicious person near Gate 4, send someone." Today there is no record of it, no task, and no way to measure what happened next. QuickComm Cloud is the layer that fixes that — the same platform whichever of the three devices you buy. It is also entirely optional: if you would rather run your own stack, the devices point at your backend instead.

What happens between the radio call and the dashboard
Capture
Devices stream 16 kHz PCM over QuickComm's own udp-v1 protocol — self-describing packets, per-boot session keys, tolerant of the packet loss real site networks produce. Push-to-talk framing means dead air is never sent.
Transcribe
One live Deepgram Nova-3 session per device in its configured language. Drafts persist every few seconds, so a crash or disconnect never loses words, and a sealing engine decides where one utterance ends and the next begins.
Persist
Every utterance becomes a durable conversation record with its audio clip attached as evidence. Pre-roll capture means the first syllable of a transmission is never clipped.
Understand
Each sealed utterance is classified against an 18-intent security taxonomy — trespasser, perimeter breach, medical emergency, equipment fault and so on — with location extraction, severity assessment and resolution detection.
Act
High-confidence detections become tasks instantly, routed to the right team. Medium-confidence ones become drafts for human review. Duplicates and escalating re-reports of the same incident are recognised and merged.
Supervise
Live transcripts, incident cards, task kanban, analytics, fleet health and shift handover workflows — with an audit record for every AI decision, including the ones that created nothing.
Built multi-tenant
One deployment serves many organisations, each with multiple properties, teams, staff and devices. Access is scoped per property with role-based control across Super Admin, Manager and Staff, and strict tenant isolation throughout. A platform console gives cross-tenant control of every organisation, device and support ticket.
Security operations
Guard forces, patrol routes, incident response
Hotels
Front desk, housekeeping, duty managers
Facilities
Maintenance crews, equipment faults, contractors
Why this is hard to copy
The full loop, not a feature
Competitors do transcription, or task management, or fleet management. QuickComm owns the chain from the hardware protocol through to the shift handover.
AI you can audit
Every extraction pass leaves a structured record. Confidence thresholds gate automation against human review, and the Copilot refuses to answer beyond its data.
Multilingual by design
English, Urdu and Arabic with automatic code-switching — built for the Gulf and South Asian security-services market where English-only tooling fails.
Engineered unit economics
Push-to-talk gating means silence is never transcribed. Model tiering keeps AI cost at roughly $0.0002 per radio call.
